SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  • WE offer guarantee your satisfaction with our WORK. If, for whatever reason, you have any concerns with the service you received. please let us know within 3 days WE WOULD BE GLAD fix it to your satisfaction.  The corrective lash extension appointments must be completed within one week of the original appointment.

RESERVING APPOINTMENT

  • 50% for services are required to secure your spot for new clients.  All deposits are non refundable.

  • We require a credit card to hold all appointments.  

  • This is a security measure by our booking system. You may use a different card or cash to pay at checkout.

CHANGE APPOINTMENT TIME/CANCELLATIONS

  • we will email/text you a reminder regarding your appointment.  It is your responsibility to provide AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. YOU MAY CALL/TEXT (267) 332 - 8033 OR EMAIL US AT WONDERLASHANDBEAUTYSPA@GMAIL.COM

  • Changes less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a late-change fee of 50% of the service

  • Deposits can be used toward another service if cancelled MORE than 24 hours in advance.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • PLEASE respect and BE CONSIDERATE for your eyelash stylist and other customers, please do your best to come 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to sign the WAIVER and TO WASH YOUR LASHES. If you're running late, please let us know ASAP by call/TEXT (267) 332 - 8033.

  • if you are late, you may still come for your session, however we can only service the remainder ALLOTTED time for which you were booked for as time and other bookings permit

  • we are sorry IF we cannot extend your appointment time. Clients will be expected to pay the full service fee of the appointment originally scheduled.

  • There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes. it COULD be considered as a cancellation.

NO SHOW/NO CALL

  • Deposits will be forfeited if no show no call.

  • no show no call will be charged 100% of the service booked for that day. THIS IS to cover the time and opportunity cost for our lash technicians. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

ALLERGIES

  • Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety are our most concern. We use the high quality products and sanitation protocols in the industry. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation.

  • If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past PLEASE LET US KNON before your appointment. We are not liable for reaction due to our products

    *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions; however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. 

REFUND POLICY

  • We do not offer refunds on services. We do however, OFFER Satisfaction Guarantee. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge.

     

    **Please arrive 10-15minutes before scheduled appointment if you are A new clients to read and sign the consent/WAIVER form and TO clean your lashes. Please arrive with NO eye makeup TO PREVENT TAKING AWAY YOUR LASH TIME.
